Selection Process
Prelim Jury nominates names of outstanding achievers across formats, verticals and channels of retail.
Images research team compiles information on each nominee and presents the dossier on each to the Grand Jury which is lead by a Retail industry veteran.
Names are finalized after Jury deliberation and finalists are informed to ensure presence at the awards function.
While presenting the honors, achievements/ success story of the honoree is shared with audience.
